Music Teacher

Minimum Experience: 3 Years

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to inspire and nurture students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 through Indian devotional music, slokas, bhajans, and choral singing.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Train, rehearse, and lead students in chanting slokas and singing bhajans.
• Teach choral music and develop students' vocal and performance skills.
• Plan and deliver engaging, structured, and enjoyable music lessons.
• Prepare and maintain lesson plans, instructional materials, and attendance records.
• Develop and implement music curricula and age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Coordinate with the school administration to organize musical programs for Navaratri, school assemblies, national festivals, annual functions, and other school events.
• Prepare students for inter-school and intra-school competitions, performances, and cultural activities.
• Motivate, encourage, and guide students to build confidence and appreciation for music.
• Participate actively in school activities and contribute to the overall development of students.
• Adhere to the school's policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Music or a related field.
• Experience in teaching music to school students is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of slokas, bhajans, and choral music.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their musical growth.
