At Swamy’s School, we celebrated National Librarian’s Day with a meaningful tribute to the world of books, knowledge and learning.
We were honoured to have Dr. J. Ramakrishnan, Retired Librarian, Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, as our Chief Guest. With his rich experience and deep passion for the library profession, Dr. Ramakrishnan inspired our students with his valuable words and reminded them of the lasting impact that books and libraries can have on young minds.
The celebration came alive with enthusiastic debate, mime performances and other engaging student performances, reflecting the students’ creativity and love for learning.
A day that reminded us that every book opens a new door, every page sparks a thought, and every reader discovers a new world.
