To mark National Doctor’s Day, Swamy’s School had the honour of hosting two distinguished medical professionals as chief guests — Dr. K. S. Varsha, MD (Emergency Medicine), MRCEM (UK), Emergency Physician and Director of Z+ Clinic, Chennai, and Dr. K. Solai Ramapriya, M.B.B.S., M.S. (General Surgery), Assistant Professor in the Department of General Surgery at Government Stanley Medical College.

It was a moment of great pride for the school to welcome back Dr. Varsha, an accomplished alumna, who fondly recalled her school days and expressed deep gratitude towards her alma mater for laying the foundation of her journey in medicine. Both guests shared valuable insights with the students, highlighting the importance of hygiene, healthy living, and the selfless nature of the medical profession.

The celebration also featured engaging activities like a medical quiz competition, building awareness and appreciation for doctors among students in a fun and educational manner.
